Job Summary
Provide case management within Springs Rescue Mission's Reintegration Department for individuals experiencing homelessness, developing individualized and community plans, coordinating with partner agencies, organizing community events, facilitating tenant council meetings, and supporting tenants/clients with services, lease requirements, and benefits. Responsibilities include managing the pantry, interacting with property management, mediating disputes, supervising volunteers, and delivering classes/workshops. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required for drives on behalf of SRM. The role emphasizes Christ-centered service aligned with SRM’s Statement of Faith and Core Values and involves engagement with homeless populations, advocacy, program development, documentation, and collaboration with multiple departments and external partners. Proficiency in writing, teaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are highlighted, along with computer literacy (word, excel, database management, internet). Benefits and an hourly rate of $23.00/hour (~$47,840/year) are noted.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in homeless/mental health/addiction field
- 5+ years of experience working directly with individuals who have experienced homelessness, mental illness, and/or addiction
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Biblical Studies, or a related field (preferred)
