Case Manager I - Men's Shelter (Mon - Fri)

Job Summary

Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests, then manage an assigned caseload by meeting weekly to provide ongoing case management support. Deliver crisis intervention, chemical dependency support, and referrals to external services as needed. Administer supervised urine screenings, maintain thorough confidential case notes in the Client Tracker system, and perform regular welfare checks in guest living areas. Facilitate Bible studies, support groups, and addiction recovery curriculum while fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe facility environment and participate in organizational meetings and training.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree
  • Minimum of one year of case management experience
  • One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Faithfully upholds The Mission and your team in prayer
  • Participates in team devotions
  • Demonstrates behavior aligned with the Mission's Statement of Faith, Standard of Conduct, policies, and expectations
  • Effectively represents Jesus Christ to a diverse audience
  • Pass a 4-panel drug screen

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred
