Job Summary
Provide Case Manager I-III services in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle for Children’s Behavioral Health, delivering trauma-informed care and serving youth (ages 3-18) and their families. Roles include teaching and modeling skills for community living, social, coping, problem solving, anger management, and parenting/self-control; delivering services via phone and face-to-face in home and community settings; using TRR evidence-based curricula; collaborating with the BH team to promote skills development and family-centered care; time spent directly with youth and families; progression across Case Manager I-III with level-based experience requirements; requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or related field for QMHP credentialing; additional qualifications include 2FA, Texas driver’s license, and 18+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or related human services field for QMHP credentialing
- For Case Manager II: minimum one (1) year of behavioral health case management experience
- For Case Manager III: minimum two (2) years of behavioral health case management experience
- Graduate work may substitute for up to one year of experience
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- QMHP credentialing
