Job Summary
Case Manager I/II in Tulsa, OK, is responsible for providing community-based services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, obtaining in-depth social histories, coordinating resources to meet consumer needs, and monthly monitoring as a QIDP under waiver regulations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (excluding physical/natural/biological sciences or mathematics) or current permanent nursing license in Oklahoma, with 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with car insurance. Travel is extensive; the position is located at Oklahoma Human Services in Tulsa with on-site interview event on June 8, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one (1) year of professional experience OR valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license and one year of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities for Level I; Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two (2) years of experience OR valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license and two years of experience for Level II
