Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one (1) year of professional experience OR valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license and one year of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities for Level I; Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two (2) years of experience OR valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license and two years of experience for Level II
