Job Summary

Assure agency and community resources to meet consumer needs and serve as the Quality Improvement and Data Protection (QIDP) officer. Provide monthly monitoring of residential and vocational services while managing and prioritizing a caseload for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families. Ensure compliance with Federal Home and Community Based Waiver regulations, state, and policy guidelines. This role involves extensive travel and requires a valid driver's license and car insurance. Level I candidates need one year of experience in human services or nursing, while Level II requires two years.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Required car insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • One (1) year of professional experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or in social work, case management, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing or a closely related field
  • Valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice professional nursing
  • One year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Two (2) years of professional experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or in social work, case management, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing or a closely related field
  • Valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice professional nursing
  • Two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • All New Employees will complete the Case Manager Academy Training Program
