Job Summary
Case Manager responsible for coordinating required services to address survivors’ unmet needs and developing Recovery Plans; primary on-site contact supporting disaster survivors, building relationships with community members and stakeholders, representing the organization at events, developing outreach strategies, gathering community feedback, coordinating engagement programs, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, and preparing reports on engagement outcomes. Requires an Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of publicly facing case management experience; on-site in Charleston, WV.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in social work, public administration, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in publicly facing case management
- Must be able to clear a criminal background check
