Job Summary
Support individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders to live independently in their chosen community by serving as a primary support and case manager under direct supervision. Assist clients with appointments and groups using either a personal vehicle or company vehicle. Requires a high school diploma or GED with three years of direct services experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Social Services with two years of experience, plus at least one year of Housing Specialist experience. Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are mandatory. Full-time Monday through Friday shifts available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Starting wage ranges from $21.49 to $26.25, with a full range up to $31.01 based on geographic location. Join the FHARPS team delivering behavioral health services through the Housing First Model.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent
- three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services
- Associate's degree
- two (2) years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services
- at least 1 year of direct service experience providing assistance as a Housing Specialist
- Valid and current driver's license
- personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
