Job Summary
Case Manager for CAMBA's Highbridge Overlook Supportive Housing Program in the Bronx. Responsibilities include intake and assessment, developing independent living plans with tenants, coordinating services, advocating for tenants, maintaining files, progress notes, reporting, and liaising with referral organizations to support tenants in achieving goals and self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.) and experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population, and/or equivalent experience.
