Job Summary
Conduct high-risk suicide monitoring for virtual clients by utilizing evidence-based tools like the C-SSRS to assess safety and imminent danger within 48 hours of safety plan development. Execute at least two monthly contacts per client, ensuring one face-to-face and one collateral contact occurs for a minimum of four months. Coordinate outpatient appointments and establish recovery plans while transporting individuals as required. Participate in Treatment Team Meetings and collaborate with interagency departments to stabilize individuals. Complete housing surveys for clients experiencing residency instability and maintain documentation per agency policy. Meet productivity standards of no less than 55% monthly contact completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver's License
- Computer literate
- Transporting individuals served
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with individuals with Behavioral AND/OR Substance Abuse Disorders
