Case Manager (Healthcare)

Monitor multiple spreadsheets to track incoming attorney referrals and collect insurance and personal injury policy information. Send emails requesting signed liens and follow up by phone with attorneys who have not responded. Enter new client referrals into the electronic health record and submit completed documentation to the underwriting team for review. Update referral source portals with appointment statuses and notify the underwriting service when medical records or billing are requested. Maintain accurate records while managing a high volume of referrals to meet established turnaround times. Work night shifts in the Eastern Time Zone with a 2-3 week onsite transition in Eastwood, Quezon City. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
