Job Summary
Case Manager at Center City Housing Corp in Duluth, MN, providing direct tenant support in a supportive-housing setting. Applies Housing First and Harm Reduction philosophies, works independently and as part of a team to advocate for tenants, facilitates tenant programming and meetings, documents progress notes and assessments, assists with lease compliance, and responds to emergencies. Responsibilities include tenant advocacy, coordinating with health and social services, maintaining tenant case files, and contributing to building operations and staff collaboration. Experience with documentation, crisis intervention, confidential information handling, and working with diverse populations is required; a valid driver’s license and Minnesota background clearance are needed. On-call availability and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and community agencies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a degree in a related field preferred with at least one year of experience working with the population
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance
- Ability to read, analyze, and complete documentation required by government agencies; strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; strong interpersonal skills; reliability and punctuality
