Job Summary
Connect with foster families and children to build trusting relationships and support growth. Conduct regular home visits to monitor progress and well-being while developing individualized care plans. Coordinate with natural and resource families, plus service providers, to ensure comprehensive care through open communication. Maintain detailed documentation for safety and reporting. Provide on-call coverage for crisis intervention transportation. This role requires frequent travel throughout the greater Pittsburgh Area, including transporting young people with various car seats. You must hold Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, a valid PA driver's license, and work varied hours including evenings or weekends.
