Job Summary
The Clinical Case Manager will provide a broad range of culturally sensitive and recovery-oriented clinical services for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, referrals, supportive psychotherapy, and case management. The role requires completion of professional documentation and participation in interdisciplinary team activities. A Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field and at least one year of experience in the field are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity, person-centered planning, and possess effective communication skills. A valid driver's license and a favorable driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field.
- 1 year of experience in related behavioral health field.
- Strong commitment to principles of recovery and to person-centered planning in treatment/service planning and provision.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treatment of mental health and co-occurring disorders.
- Experience in mental health and substance abuse assessment, case management, treatment planning and crisis resolution.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing).
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team with a positive and creative attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remain organized and efficient.
- Superior ethics and interpersonal boundaries.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, a favorable driving record, adequate insurance (per WI law) and access to a vehicle with willingness to use it for work.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification or licensure in applicable behavioral health/substance abuse field or ability to acquire.
- Bi-lingual, and/or bi-cultural (Spanish/Hmong/Cambodian, American Sign Language)
