Job Summary
In this role as a Case Manager, you will provide individual and group counseling, develop and review individual treatment plans, participate in case conferences, and support youth in achieving self-care needs. You should demonstrate understanding of emotional disturbances and possess the ability to involve youth and families in treatment planning. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, one year of experience with youth in a mental health capacity, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college/university
- One year experience with youth in a mental health capacity
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
