Job Summary
Case Manager with Lutheran Community Services NW will work with children, youth, and parents in Oregon (Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties) to develop strengths-based service plans, liaise between clients and schools, provide transportation support, connect students to afterschool and summer programs, track attendance and grades, coordinate referrals to refugee service providers, ensure language access, and advocate for culturally appropriate services. Requires demonstrated fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian; collaborates with schools and community partners to support school success and client self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for business purposes
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with clean driving record
- Active auto insurance
- Criminal clearance including national sex offender check
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian
- Ability to work with diverse populations and apply culturally appropriate services
