Job Summary
Provide early, timely, and personal customer-focused service to injured workers and employers. Proactively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines. Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases. Conduct claims reviews, case conferences, or face-to-face meetings with clients as required. Ensure accurate and complete information regarding claim options, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities is consistently provided. This full-time permanent role is based in Melbourne with work-from-home flexibility up to three days per week from month three. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within the medical or corporate field
- Specialising in customer service

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing claims in the workers compensation scheme or the Safety Rehabilitation Act (SRC) is advantageous but not necessary
- Previous experience within the medical or corporate field, specialising in customer service is high desirable
