Job Summary
Conduct education assessments upon intake and develop individualized Education Success Plans tailored to each student's needs. Coordinate weekly check-ins with students while maintaining communication with school contacts to support academic accommodations and track attendance. Collaborate with the clinical team, parents, and the Enrollment Director to create treatment schedules, manage pre-treatment processes, and plan for discharge. Oversee medication management coordination and provide access to essential health services by scheduling medical, dental, and vision appointments. Maintain accurate documentation in Best Notes, conduct parent outreach for student updates, and support students in learning life skills and household responsibilities. Assist with student conflict resolution and case management as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field
- CPR and First Aid certified
- able to pass a state background check
