Job Summary
Conduct eligibility assessments, collect paperwork, and make home visits to identify skills, interests, and barriers for unemployed young adults across two counties. Travel 75% of the time to deliver one-on-one case management services, assist participants in developing work ethic and soft skills, and help them overcome personal or professional barriers to employment. Develop and monitor individualized case plans while serving as a role model and mentor to support career readiness in the healthcare field. Collaborate with employer partners and community organizations to facilitate job placements and maintain accurate records in compliance with Commonwealth Workforce Development System policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but related experience working with young adults would be accepted
- ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation for frequent travel across multiple counties (approximately 75% of the time)
- Meet the required Skills and Abilities described herein
- Random drug testing may be conducted to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace
