Job Summary
Case Manager for the ERASE/EIP program based in Central Islip, NY, responsible for coordinating and monitoring program activities, acting as a liaison among court and DSS personnel, interviewing respondents at court to explain orders and enforcement steps, distributing payment information, preparing materials for monthly seminars, and performing clerical tasks. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, access to a automobile with a valid NY driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent (degree in Behavioral Sciences or Criminal Justice preferred). Full-time role with a schedule of 9AM-5PM, Monday–Friday, located at 400 Carleton Avenue, Central Islip, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or educational equivalent required.
- Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Criminal Justice preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience and knowledge of administration procedures required.
- Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
