Job Summary
Case Manager assists individuals in becoming job-ready by addressing barriers to employment, conducts assessments, and develops personalized plans. Responsibilities include providing resume writing, job search, and interview preparation support; coordinating access to training programs and support services; maintaining accurate case notes and documenting progress; and guiding clients through employment planning and referrals to appropriate services to achieve self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in case management or a related field is required
- Familiarity with social services and resources to connect clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with customers of varying skills, experiences, and diverse backgrounds
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing a caseload of clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and data analysis
