Job Summary
Case Manager for Eastern Region Service Center in CT; responsible for using therapeutic models to aid clients in understanding and managing symptoms, conducting program-specific assessments, providing case management, collaborating with treatment teams, linking clients to housing, employment, and education services, and performing crisis intervention as needed. Requires transport of clients, travel to Willimantic, Norwich, and Putnam using company vehicle; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; 2+ years in mental health setting preferred; valid driver’s license. Full-time, 40 hours/week with Monday–Friday schedule. Salary starts at $18.8631/hour (annualized to ~$39,235), with pay commensurate with experience.
