Job Summary
Case Manager – Workers' Compensation within DXC's ISB Insurance Software and BPS group. Oversees and manages all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework; coordinates medical care, facilitates return-to-work programs, and ensures regulatory compliance. Collaborates with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Requires a bachelor’s degree (in HR, business administration, nursing, or related field) and at least 2 years of workers' compensation case management experience; strong knowledge of relevant laws and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, and empathetic abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
