Case Manager / Career Navigator responsible for eligibility determination, orientation, and assessment; counseling and placement assistance to job seekers; develops service plans and coordinates training/non-training programs; facilitates workshops; ensures accurate records and forms; discusses labor market information and multi-program services; collaborates with Business Services Representative and other staff; supports job development and resume/cover letter preparation; requires 90-day path to hybrid work schedule and a Bachelor’s degree; Spanish language skills and valid driver’s license are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, business, education, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
