Job Summary
Provide case management under clinical supervision to adults with substance use and mental health disorders, including linkage to resources, development of daily living skills, advocacy, and support for personal recovery goals. Obtain therapeutic services such as individual and group case management, community activities, facility visits, and vocational training as specified in the client's Individual Treatment Plan. Facilitate client care using excellent communication skills while complying with all new and current policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre. Work with administrative and team managers to improve service quality through ongoing studies and needs assessments. This community-based role requires the use of a properly insured company vehicle. Schedule is 8:00 to 4:30.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college/university or High School
- Minimum of one year experience in a behavioral health or related field
- Requires excellent communication skills to help facilitate client care
- Direct knowledge of behavioral health issues, correct documentation procedures, and current therapeutic methods
