Job Summary
Meet with youth in homes, schools, and community settings to provide crisis stabilization, implement behavior strategies, and help families navigate systems like DHS, education, and juvenile justice. Connect families to behavioral health resources while modeling positive strategies for caregivers. Complete required documentation and receive supervision from the Clinical Team Supervisor. This community-based role supports youth experiencing behavioral or emotional crises through direct intervention in Philadelphia neighborhoods. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for travel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, education, or a related human services field
- 2 years of experience working with children or youth in behavioral health
- Experience with behavioral interventions, case management, and crisis de-escalation
- Comfortable traveling throughout Philadelphia
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Community Behavioral Health (CBH) resources
