Job Summary
Conduct monthly meetings with foster and adoptive parents, collect and complete documentation, and coordinate support services for children in their care. Monitor compliance with predetermined protocols, policies, and procedures while ensuring accurate adherence to established rules. Support and empower assigned caseloads through direct contact and methodical follow-up of required paperwork. This role is supervised by a Case Management Supervisor within the Foster Care and Adoption program at CK Family Services, a premier organization in North and Central Texas. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate self-discipline in following organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic understanding of a specialized area within a comprehensive field of knowledge normally acquired through attainment of a Bachelor's degree
