Job Summary
Case Manager supporting disaster survivors with on-site responsibilities in Charleston, WV. Primary duties include coordinating services to address unmet needs and guiding cases toward closure or reopening, building strong relationships with community members and stakeholders, representing the organization at events, developing outreach strategies, gathering feedback, coordinating community engagement programs, serving as a primary contact for inquiries, and preparing reports on outreach outcomes. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, cultural sensitivity, ability to work independently and across departments, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, organizational and time-management skills, and experience in data entry and event planning as applicable. Must be able to clear a criminal background check and hold an Associate’s degree in a related field with at least one year of publicly facing case management experience.
Required Qualifications
