Job Summary
The CUA Case Manager provides ongoing service and support to children and families, developing and implementing comprehensive delivery plans based on team assessments. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessing family needs, facilitating access to resources, maintaining client files, and providing on-call services. Applicants are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and two years of relevant experience working with children and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Two years of experience with children and/or families
- Driver’s license with clean driving record
