Job Summary
Coordinate resources and services for clients while assisting mental health clinicians in developing and delivering care to mentally ill individuals. Perform crisis intervention counseling, advocate for clients within the service delivery system, and assist in planning the range of care needed. Visit clients regularly in homes and communities to assess situations, maintain assigned case loads, and keep accurate records. Serve as a liaison with community agencies, schools, and groups, and develop educational support programs. Translate for specific sessions if qualified. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Science, or Social Work, a clean drug screen, and a DMV background check.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or university, with a major in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Science, Social Work or related field
- A clean drug screen confirmation
- Pass DMV background check
