Job Summary
Case Manager responsible for overseeing a designated caseload within the client operations team, fostering ongoing communication with families and providers, guiding and supporting team members to deliver optimal care, addressing and resolving service-related issues, ensuring prompt receipt of patient progress reports, facilitating insurance authorizations, monitoring utilization and authorized hours, collaborating with recruiters on staffing, conducting candidate interviews, maintaining thorough records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to policies.
