Job Summary
Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion while coordinating appointments, provider schedules, authorizations, and specialty pharmacy activities. Monitor patient progress, address care barriers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep treatment plans on track. Maintain accurate documentation, financial estimates, and patient records within CRM and EHR systems while responding to inquiries with empathy and urgency. Support high-quality outcomes by ensuring compliance with operational, coverage, and treatment requirements. Join a collaborative team delivering FDA-cleared TMS and Spravato therapies to expand access to innovative mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical case management, patient care coordination, direct patient care, or a related healthcare setting
- Experience using EHR systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong patient service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
