Job Summary
Train new and current employees on processes and procedures for the case management team. Conduct initial training with new hire case managers and create a continual training process including 30/60/90 interviews, training benchmarks, and ongoing education. Guide and mentor case managers daily, assist pre-litigation department leads with updates, and manage a typical caseload of 200+ cases. Work with the Director of Legal Ops and Pre-Litigation Team Leads on updates, changes, and training needs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality client service. Reports to the Director of Legal Ops and Pre-Litigation Team Leads. Benefits include health/vision/dental, 401(k) matching, PTO, paid holidays, and on-site parking.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of personal injury case manager experience
