Job Summary
ABA Case Manager in Tucson, AZ who coordinates and oversees client programs, supports families and providers, and helps implement and maintain high-quality ABA therapy services. Responsibilities include managing staff availability, reviewing utilization data to ensure consistent care, serving as the main point of contact for families and providers, onboarding and training new staff, and performing additional duties to support center success. Requires 2 years of experience in an office environment (case management or family support in ABA), strong organization and communication skills, ability to work in an in-office setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience in an office environment, with previous experience in case management or family support within the ABA field
- Well-versed in Microsoft Suite applications
