Job Summary
The Adult and Youth Case Manager provides critical support to clients aged 5-21 and adults, focusing on mental health, physical health, education, and social development. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-year degree (related human service degree preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's License for past 5 years
- Willingness to handle male youth/adult clients
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of youth work experience
- 1 year of adult work experience
- Volunteer/internship experience in relevant field
Additional Requirements
- Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Day shift required with some early evening work (2-3 times a week)
