Job Summary
Case Manager role atPrestera Health Services involves coordinating a range of services for consumers, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing service/treatment plans, providing supportive intervention, coordinating with treatment teams, advocating for consumers/families, arranging transportation, maintaining case records, and ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
