Job Summary
Case Manager (Per Diem) provides crisis intervention and counseling to individuals with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans, educates clients on mental health issues, refers clients to supportive services, and maintains records. Requires an associate degree or higher in behavioral sciences or two years’ counseling experience, with potential licensure/certification. Travel may be required. Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability; Bridgeport, CT area under supervision of Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or higher degree in the behavioral sciences or two (2) years’ experience in counseling preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Incumbents may be required to secure professional certification and/or license.
- A valid Connecticut driver's license may be required.
