Job Summary
Seeking a CASE MANAGER 3-OUTREACH COORDINATOR to manage outreach efforts, build community relationships, and support fundraising initiatives for the Circles Program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
- At least five years of experience working with low-income families in human services programs
- Ability to work with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to relate to diverse socio-economic classes
- Computer skills
- Valid SC driver’s license with a good driving record
