Job Summary
The Case Manager 1 will provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women re-entering the community using a strengths-based, client-centered approach. Works with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community; experience with individuals in recovery and/or justice-involved individuals preferred; requires regular attendance and a two-day New Hire Orientation at the Roscommon office in Middletown; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 403(b) with employer matching, disability and life insurance, paid time off and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field
- Associate's Degree
- Valid driver’s license
