Job Summary
Contract-to-hire Case Management Systems Developer focused on IBM i (AS/400) and JIS Case Management platform. Maintain and enhance the on-premise system as the organization moves toward a unified platform, including development on IBM i using COBOL, RPG/RPGE, CL, IBM SQL, administering IBM i daily operations, backups, restores, and recovery, and supporting case management printing (network and receipt printers). Leverage IBM Web Services and OO programming within IBM i, manipulate CSV and database data, manage website content updates with Sitefinity or similar CMS, and develop/maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) for reporting and automation. Create and maintain case management reports and queries, and perform security and audit reporting to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years programming on IBM i (AS/400) systems including COBOL, RPG/RPGE, CL, and IBM SQL
- 5+ years IBM i system administration experience including backup, restore, recovery, and operations
- 3+ years’ experience with IBM Web Services and object-oriented programming on IBM i
- 3+ years’ experience with case management printing and printer configurations (network and receipt printers)
- 3+ years’ experience manipulating data files such as CSVs and managing databases
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- 2+ years’ experience with website content management systems, preferably Sitefinity
- 2+ years’ experience creating reports, queries, and performing audit and security reporting
