Job Summary
Supervise and direct a team of case managers, providing training and recommending hiring, advancement, and discipline decisions to the program manager. Maintain an active caseload with the same responsibilities as individual case managers, including engaging clients, treatment planning, and service delivery. Requires five or more years of case management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and licensure as a social worker, RN, or counselor. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain appropriate auto insurance. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with 20+ PTO days and medical benefits starting the first of the month following hire.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Licensed as a social worker (any level), RN, or counselor
- Five or more years case management experience
- Evidence of superior case management skills in terms of ability to engage clients, treatment planning, networking, service delivery, administrative protocols, and professional conduct
- Maintains auto insurance as acceptable by minimum standards
- Names Mojave as an additional insured/interested party
- Maintains business use on policy during course of employment
- Automobile in good working condition
- Current and valid driver's license
- Pass drug screen
- Pass background investigation
