Job Summary
Case Management Supervisor in the Children Division overseeing administrative and supervisory functions for staff. Responsibilities include interviewing, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff; providing general information on regional center services; reviewing admissions/discharges to residential services; developing organizational methods; providing case consultation; coordinating client-related staffing to develop Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and problem resolution; liaising with service providers and state centers; monitoring case movements and documentation (IPPs, Annuals, Quarterlies, Medicaid Waivers); participating in program development, staff training, and agency meetings; and performing related duties. Qualifications emphasize a Master’s degree in human services or related field (preferred) with minimum 4 years of regional center experience (preferably in case management) and 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred); automobile, valid CDL, and insurance; and ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
