Job Summary
Supervisor of up to 14 case managers (including behavioral health case managers) responsible for oversight of case management activities: auditing cases, directing staff, and reviewing cases; lead individual and team meetings, audit documentation, and monitor key performance metrics; serves on leadership teams and committees; acts as a backup for case managers; requires Arizona residency to oversee staff located primarily in Maricopa County; opportunities to travel up to 20% within AZ for supervisory assessments and field visits; multiple education/licensure paths accepted (AZ RN or SW licenses or Bachelor’s/Master’s in specified fields or LTCS Case Manager credential) with a minimum of 3 years of case management and leadership experience; typical hours ~40 per week; pay range $60,300–$132,600 with additional incentives; comprehensive benefits package; CVS Health-wide workplace culture and recognition programs; application window closing around 06/20/2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Arizona to oversee case management staff primarily in Maricopa County
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing (minimum 3 years of case management experience) OR Active Arizona social worker license in good standing (minimum 3 years of case management experience) OR Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, or related field OR Current Mercy Care Arizona Long Term Care Case Manager with relevant degree fields (Health Care Administration / Management, Addictions Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related field) with minimum 3 years of case management experience and minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience
