Job Summary
Conduct administrative and supervisory functions to assure effective case management services, including interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating assigned staff. Review and approve requests for residential services, coordinate client-related staffing and conferences for Individual Program Plans, and monitor case movements and recordings. Serve as a consultant or liaison to community programs, agencies, and State Developmental centers while participating in program development and facility reviews. Provide in-service training to staff and attend weekly supervisor meetings. Requires Master's or Bachelor's degree in human services, four years of Regional Center experience, and two years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field accepted
- Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience
- Two years supervisory experience
- Automobile
- Valid CDL
- Insurance

- This may be substituted with demonstrated leadership roles in projects, taskforce, etc.
