Job Summary
Case Management Supervisor responsible for assisting the Associate Director and supervising staff to ensure effective case management services are provided. Duties include interviewing, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff; providing information on regional center services; reviewing admissions/discharges; developing organizational procedures; providing case consultation; coordinating client-related staffing and IPPs; liaising with service providers and state developmental centers; monitoring case movements and records (IPPs, Annuals, Quarterlies, Medicaid Waivers); contributing to program development and staff orientation; attending weekly supervisor meetings and other agency/community meetings; and performing related duties. Requires leadership ability, ability to manage complex community issues, strong organizational skills, and fundamental understanding of clinical issues, human development, and counseling methods.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or related field (minimum); Bachelor's degree in human services or related field accepted
- Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience, preferably in case management
- Two years supervisory experience preferred
- Automobile, valid CDL, and insurance
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
