Job Summary
Coordinate client enrollment into case management programs and oversee daily operations including housing acquisition, expense management, and federal/state data reporting. Provide quality assurance for all services, monitor client records in agency and external databases, and ensure timely entry of quality assurance measures. Act as a liaison with other departments, community support groups, and partnering agencies to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed. Deliver regular trainings on program databases, best practices, and policies to orient new staff. Collaborate with case managers and volunteers to facilitate group activities that meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with and ability to navigate community social services and government services
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated team player who can collaborate with colleagues and work independently
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills (records, files, schedules, other)
- Group presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy required, including experience with databases
- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs
