Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of case management training, audit compliance, and outside agency relationships, including community service, to ensure treatment continuity for students. Supervise Case Managers, Transitional Services, or other designated staff as needed. Manage Placing Agencies, licensing requirements, and Rite of Passage policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Four years of experience in Human Services
- Prior case management experience
- Three years' experience with juveniles
- Knowledge of Placing Agencies
- Knowledge of licensing requirements
- Knowledge of Rite of Passage policies and procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a physical
- Ability to pass a TB test
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
- Ability to be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Two years of Rite of Passage experience
- Supervisory experience
