Job Summary
Case Management Coordinator for Family Services at Easterseals MORC, focused on engaging individuals and families, screening for co-occurring disorders, assessing needs, and developing strength-based, stage-wise, person-centered plans. Required Qualifications
- Must be a CMHP in accordance with Medicaid Provider Manual Guidelines
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or be Master’s prepared LLMSW/LMSW with Michigan license
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license
