Job Summary
Assist with first aid and administer health management programs for workers' compensation, long-term disability, and wellness initiatives. Accompany employees to hospital or physician visits for occupational or non-occupational injuries, then prepare and document all incident reports in the Computerized Accident/Incident Reporting System. Notify insurance carriers of potential claims and communicate the workers' compensation process to affected employees. Review medical evaluations and fitness-for-duty results with management and HR/Labor Relations to determine necessary accommodations. Maintain records of treated employees and ensure occupational medicine providers follow organizational policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, four years of related experience, and limited supervision.
