Job Summary
The Case Management Associate 1 will design and develop participant plans, conduct assessments for barriers and skills, manage participant progress, and assist in vocational goals development. Candidates must exhibit empathy, active listening skills, and proficiency in specialized databases, while maintaining professional relationships with agencies and clients. Required qualifications include 2 to 4 years of case management or customer relationship management experience, with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of customer relationship management or case management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer relation techniques and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
