Job Summary
Lead the Case for Support team by developing compelling narratives that articulate the need, solution, and impact for Marie Curie’s work; collaborate with service, policy, and research teams to gather insights for funding applications and campaigns; support high-value income streams (Trusts & Foundations, Philanthropy, Corporate) by coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop persuasive propositions; provide fundraising teams with self-service information, write narratives, and interpret data; deliver online Discovery Sessions to improve understanding of the cause and fundraising effectiveness. Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication, and ability to translate complex information into impactful propositions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, service delivery, cause-led communications, or evaluation work
- Creative thinker with an independent, autonomous approach to work
- Strong communication skills to inspire others and influence opinions
- Ability to understand and interpret complex information and data and articulate it well in writing and verbally
- Excellent people skills with ability to integrate into a complex organization
- Financial literacy with experience in interpreting budget information
